this international standard specifies the tolerances on the dimensions, shape and mass of hot-rolled wide flats of non alloyed steel(excluding stainless steels).
it applics to wide flats, as efined caluse 3 , of steels with a specifed minimum yield strenght equal to or less than 700 N/mm
